Sampling: MFC Insight's extensive panelist base allows us to identify market subgroups, recruit relevant panelists, and direct those panelists to our clients' websites. By matching the needs of our clients with the interests of each panelist, response rates remain high, and results are delivered quickly.

Program and Host: MFC Insight can manage a project from its initial phase until the final results are delivered. Our technological experts and market specialists work together with our client to first design and translate the questionnaire. We then identify and invite the most well-suited participants and provide easily accessible, real-time results.

Omnibus: Introducing the MFC Insight Omnibus, sent to online respondents in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Nanjing, and Chengdu. A total of 2,500 online interviews are conducted each month (500 in each city), and are representative of the higher end consumer populations in each of these cities. Clients typically use the MFC Insight omnibus for awareness and usage research, concept development, incidence testing, name evaluation, public opinion, and tracking research.

Translation and Localization: China is a complicated place, and Chinese is a difficult language. MFC Insight has the capability to translate and localize non-Mandarin questionnaires into standard Chinese, making sure that their formats are appropriate and relevant for China's cultural landscape.
